What's the return policy?

Your happiness with our products is important to us! If something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return it.

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date, as long as the item is unworn and comes back in its original packaging.

 

Custom sleeves are made to order and cannot be resold, so all sales on custom sleeves are final and refunds are not available. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer store credit as an alternative.

What's the exchange policy?

Wrong size? We will gladly exchange your item for the correct size. We accept exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date, as long as the item is unworn and comes back in its original packaging.

 

A quick heads-up: If you're exchanging two or more times from a single order, a shipping fee will be charged and deducted from your refund.
